If it has been more than 8-10 weeks, it is likely that your ticket has either:
1) been sent back to us,
2) is lost during the courier process,
3) purchased from a third-party marketplace.
We can issue a replacement Collector Ticket only for return to sender or if it has been lost. Collector Tickets are not sent to third-party purchasers including Ticketmaster Marketplace and Ticketek.
Collector Tickets are sent via post to the original purchaser of the tickets. If you have purchased Collector Tickets from a third-party reseller, it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to transfer tickets to you.
Please note orders with international addresses will not be shipped as this is stated at the time of purchase.
